Show Notes

It requires a delicate balance to effectively communicate an organizational mission to potential funders and investors while also sustaining those investments over the long-term.

That’s why I invited a powerhouse duo to share their secrets to success with us. In this episode of Build Momentum, Terri Theisen and Jeanie-Marie Price share their secret sauce to cultivating relationships, effectively communicating their mission, and ultimately securing funding and investments that yield the greatest impact.

Hint: One of their secrets is that they strive to find joy in their work, in their talents and the talents of their teams. In fact, Jeanie-Marie follows the philosophy of sharing accountability, sharing responsibility, and sharing credit. She believes that if you follow those principles, then joy is easier to find.

I can’t think of a better way to enter 2021 (thank goodness!) and focus on the joy that’s yet to come this year!
